COVID-19

Guidelines

To our guests,

Your health and safety are our top priority. The Oaks team has been hard at work to ensure that necessary measures are in place as we all navigate new ways to gather together.

We are taking precautions to minimize exposure by enacting protocols based on recommendations and guidelines issued by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) and local public health agencies.

All guests and team members are required to wear a cloth face covering, mask or face shield that fully covers the mouth and nose at all times in which they are unable to maintain a 6’ distance for another individual while on The Oaks campus.

We are taking the following additional precautionary actions to keep everyone healthy and safe:

General Precautions & Reminders

All public spaces, dining areas, bathrooms, high traffic/high touch areas, etc. will be sanitized daily.

Hand sanitizer will be readily available throughout campus. Guests are encouraged to carry their own as well.

Be sure to cough or sneeze into your elbow and away from others.

Frequently and thoroughly wash your hands either with soap and hot running water for at least 20 seconds or with alcohol-based hand sanitizers.

Temperature checks will be taken upon arrival by the group coordinator.
