What is Flagship Retreat?
What we all need: intentional time and space to rest, refocus, and reconnect!
Pricing includes use of our 240 acre property for 3 days, two nights, lodging in our newly renovated rooms, guided 60-90 minute optional programming sessions, yoga, retreat guide, plenty of free time to explore, and some really fun surprises! Space is limited to enhance your experience.
Each session includes an experiential exercise, reflection, and group process guided by an experienced Oaks team member designed to hold space for personal reflection.

Have Ballena all to yourself.
Upper Ballena, our stunning, private 12 bedroom, 6 bathroom building, sleeps up to 24 guests* and includes a full kitchen, expansive vaulted ceilings with gorgeous wooden beams spanning the great room and dining room with seating for 12. A full wall of windows overlooks our 9 acre vineyard and 80 acre Oaks Equestrian center. Your guests can sit and enjoy the rocking chairs and fire pit located on the amazing covered deck as the make memories that will last a lifetime.

FAQ
I am not interested in the Ballena package, but still would like to bring a group. Is it possible to still room together?
Of course! You can register as individuals and indicate you’d like to stay together or we can reserve all of:
Lower Ballena
(4 rooms, 8 people/$4,800)
(6 rooms, 12 people/$6,000)
(6 rooms, 12 people/$6,000)
Want to add more people? Each building can hold up to 24 people! Just add $500 per guest. All three spaces have a small gathering space exclusively for your group. There is no kitchen or food allowed in these buildings.
Can I send individuals from my team instead of sending my team all at once?
Yes! Buy 4 or more individual retreats and secure premium lodging for your team! Some organizations appreciate the anonymity individual retreat offers their staff. It’s a real change of pace and opportunity for your staff members to rest and do individual development without being “on” for the staff they manage. This is a great option for friends and family, pastors, therapists, and co-workers. Contact us to get started or give the gift of retreat in any amount with an Oaks Gift Card.

What if I want a custom flagship retreat just for my group with different dates?

I still want to rent Ballena but I don’t want my group to attend Flagship Retreat. Can I do my own programming?
Yes! If you are interested in shared use or different rental options, please contact us today for a custom quote.
Can I have a late check out or add a day after Flagship?
Unfortunately, this is unavailable in order to reset the property for our next event. If you are looking to further customize your time at The Oaks, we recommend booking the property for exclusive use. Contact us today to start your custom quote!
